Mark Webb faces backlash over paternity case
Reading through some of the comments in the popular media about Mark Webb’s recent attempt to sue his ex-wife it would seem he has faced a bit of a backlash.
Claims that he is not fit to be the father… (well in this case he actually isn’t the father… go figure) is just feminist tripe.
Well, Duped-dads.com would like to express our solidarity with Mr Webb. He is trying to sue the wayward mother and not the daughter!
It is completely wrong that men should be cuckolded life this. Children should have a right to know who their true biological father is. Paternity fraudsters should be forced to face up to their responsibilities. There is plenty of bad press about dead beat dads and laws to take away their cash and liberties. Why not a campaign against errant mothers? With dna testing the technical solutions are already there. Even prenatal paternity testing is possible now.
But most importantly… let’s make it a crime to deceive fathers into bringing up other men’s children!

It’s pretty appalling that these feminazi’s still find some way to blame the man!
Posted the following on another thread. Sorry for cross posting!
‘I had a very brief relationship 15 years ago that resulted in a child. Although I did not stay with the mother, I have paid her maintenance fior the child every month since then. This was paid through the bank as a standing order.
Three months ago, without any warning she went to the CSA who immediately assessed me and started taking a large sum of money directly from my employer. I contested and demanded a DNA test.
To my complete surprise the result has come back negative! The CSA are going to reimberse me with the cost of the test and all of the money from the last three months.
My question to the forum is, has anybody ever succeded in getting any money back from a fraudulent mother in a case such as this? I am looking into a county court action for the money paid over 15 years but could do with an example to get the ball rolling.’
I guess I have now found my answer!
Paternity Fraud
I have contacted the BBC ONE SHOW about my husbands case. They are interested in covering a story on paternity fraud. If you want to discuss your case and are interested in appearing in their research and possibly the show can you contact:
lizz.martin@bbc.co.uk
I have also posted these details on facebook pages – stop paternity fraud.
Any queiries pls give me a shout.
Hopefully someone may start to listen!!
Hi guys,
Thought I would update you all on my husbands case. We were back in court on 6th May when the courts would have closed the case as the childs mother had failed to co-operate with the court ordered DNA tests (surprise surprise). Anyway, the CSA asked the court to delay things another month as she had apparently asked for the testing kit to be sent to her doctors although she had not made an appointment. The next court date is 6th June. We have found out that the childs mother went for her test on 6th May – we think the CSA was aware of this all along which meant she guarnteed herself another months payment. We had the official results Friday – which confirmed our last DNA test – my husband is not her childs father. The CSA in their non-biased approach to things have told my husband that he must still pay maintenance, despite their court ordered Ministry of justice approved results. The CSA have said they will not cancel the DEO against my husband and will allow this fraudster to have another £330 next week and deduct from my husbands wages at the end of the month another £200. They have said that although they know a fraud has been committed they want the court to tell them to order the case as defective. They have said it will then take another 3 weeks to cancel the DEO, which means the fraudster will get another payment at the end of June!! So 3 more payments despite conclusive proof she has deceived!!! The CSA have also said they will not prosecute her as she may have made a geniune mistake with regards the paternity of her child. A geniune mistake – how can you make a geniune mistake? She would have known she has slept around, in addition to that she has ALWAYS said to the CSA that there was NO possibility of a paternity dispute. So she has delibraetly lied. She could have said well actual there is a chance paternity may have been confused – that would have been sort of truthful after addmitting to being a liar and a cheat but to maintain the fact there was no possiblity of a dispute is a proven lie. I dont know if you saw but my husband was on the One Show on Friday night – you can catch it on iplayer. They hid his identity to protect her and the child and renamed him and made the child older then he is. They did make it clear that the tax payer eventually pays for these fraudsters at no penality to them. They did not say that we knew conclusively though which was a bit of a disappointment. We have had some negative feedback – perhaps from a bunny boilers support group (as we call them) saying we should still pay for the child as DNA should not matter. My husband is adopting my 2 children so DNA does not matter, what matters is the deceit that just because a woman has done is deemed ok. It is obtaining money by deception. The childs mother has stopped contact with the child despite us having a contact order – well when you claim legal aid you can afford to keep going back to court at no cost to yourself cant you? My husband would have continued to see the child and we would have took him on holiday and supported him – just not given his mother any money. It is so wrong that these women can do no wrong.
P.S Sorry for my spellings!!
I’m happy that you started a website about this wicked little secret that our great country likes to keep hush hush! I’m also a victim, in the worst state for this crime(Missouri) I’m a purple heart recipient and my income is being stolen right out of the mouth of my kids! The women even brags that the child is not mine, while I’m out fighting for this country, I was being sit-up as the fall guy! And how doe’s my country re-pay me? They make me pay for a child who is not mine, while the real father lives off welfare with the mother and child, and me and my biological kids have to suffer, the courts always say, “Whats best for the child?” But they don’t address the father’s real kids, what about these kids? I like your website, but you need to add info on low-cost attorneys who will take on these cases, this crime needs to end, and it won’t end until good people stand and fight, I will leave you with this saying, ” The only thing evil needs to succeed is for good people to do nothing.” Thanks tim
I feel mandatory DNA testing at birth for every child would stop this form of abuse.I am a woman whom had no problem giving my ex-husband DNA testing to clear his mind.I am a wife of a man now who has been denied DNA testing because he didn’t know till years after his divorce that the children were not his.She brags about him not being the father and paying support. And she raises that support just about every time he gets a raise.Senate bill 141 when the Governor signs it will right a wrong that is long overdue. A woman knows a child is her’s she gives birth, but a man truly is going on faith .Women complain about equal rights, but this woman is saying make it equal for a man as well he should have the same rights.I think personally it is child abuse and extortion for a woman to defraud a man when it comes to paternity. It should be criminal and hopefully it will be eventually.A woman knows who she has slept with, and how many weather she chooses to tell the truth or not therefor it is Fraud
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHEN DUPED DAD BILL 55 FOR MO. WILL HAVE A FINAL VOTING.
ABOUT 13 YEARS AND 10 MONTHS AGE MY HUSBAND and his girlfriend were living together in the state of MO. he worked out of town and was gone for most of the week every week, his girlfriend tell him she pregnant, they got married in the hospital chapel
and yes of course making him daddy on the record of birth, they ended up getting divorced shortly after. his ex wife trumped up charges on him and made sure only supervised visit with this child were allowed, making sure he would never have time alone, my husbands confusion on this move was made clear a few years later when a fella he knew came to him and told him that his ex wife came to him first and said the baby was his, the fella at that time moved to calif. and as time went on there were approx 3 alledged fathers for this poor little girl, my husband made a total of 4.
braggs were made by ex wife to friends about how stupid is is to not know that that was not his kid and he was footing part of the bill for her new husband and 2 other children.is there anything that can be done?my husband has not seen this child in ten years due to her mother keeping them apart.
Oh yes, sorry. I can be emailed at avoiceformen@yahoo.com
Thanks
I just rang the CSA for advice on claiming back the approx £50,000 my husband paid to his ex after being instructed to do so by the CSA. We found out through dna recently the child is not his.
This is what the man at the csa had to say
Its my husbands fault for saying he was the father (thats what he was told by the mother!)
Why should the TAX PAYER be made to pay for the mistake
He could not understand what I was asking for!!!!
To say I was disgusted is an understatement, just waiting now on a solicitor calling me back………
advice please
