New Welfare Reform Bill to enforce child maintenance
The UK Nanny state could be about to get worse. The Government to plans to give civil servants the power to confiscate the driving licence or passport of fathers who they think are behind with their CSA payments without the need to obtain a Court Order. This was actually rejected last year as part of the child support review, but it looks like it’s getting snook in the back door.
I advise you contact your local MP and protest this ridiculous law!
hello im timothy and my life is being turned upside down due to a lot of the circumstances mentioned ive been frauded of three children and state wont do anything to reverse any of this there for my ability to work and to save has been takenaway my credit and my passport have also been revoked i have other children that i cant even provide for and everytime i go to court and raise a fuss i go to jail. im lossing my patience.
