Mark Webb faces backlash over paternity case

Reading through some of the comments in the popular media about Mark Webb’s recent attempt to sue his ex-wife it would seem he has faced a bit of a backlash.
Claims that he is not fit to be the father… (well in this case he actually isn’t the father… go figure) is just feminist tripe.

Well, Duped-dads.com would like to express our solidarity with Mr Webb. He is trying to sue the wayward mother and not the daughter!

It is completely wrong that men should be cuckolded life this. Children should have a right to know who their true biological father is. Paternity fraudsters should be forced to face up to their responsibilities. There is plenty of bad press about dead beat dads and laws to take away their cash and liberties. Why not a campaign against errant mothers? With dna testing the technical solutions are already there. Even prenatal paternity testing is possible now.

But most importantly… let’s make it a crime to deceive fathers into bringing up other men’s children!

Sperm donors with bank accounts

I happened to be reading in Daily Mail about another poor victim of paternity fraud. Nothing unusual there, but this comment really hit home, coming from an ex-police officer.

Being an ex-police officer in UK, I can tell you that the authorities will only ever go for the DNA of the mother in disasters/accidents/terrorsist incidents. This is solely to avoid the 1 (and slightly higher) in 10 fathers in the UK who are not the real fathers. The Freedom of Information Act says you can see all what is investigated, hence the police do not want the details of discovering non-fathers being known. They will only ever take the ‘father’s’ DNA if pushed, and I mean pushed,
Unfortunately, this isn’t rare, but less heard or read about, as the women involved go out to deliberately deceive and it makes it harder for the truth to be known. Worse still they have the law, the Family Courts and that last disgusting cess pool called the CSA, to support them in the deception. Sorry men, you’re nothing but sperm donors with a bank account.

New Welfare Reform Bill to enforce child maintenance

The UK Nanny state could be about to get worse. The Government to plans to give civil servants the power to confiscate the driving licence or passport of fathers who they think are behind with their CSA payments without the need to obtain a Court Order. This was actually rejected last year as part of the child support review, but it looks like it’s getting snook in the back door.

I advise you contact your local MP and protest this ridiculous law!

Mark web looses paternity fraud case

I blogged about this a few weeks ago. Mark Webb who was trying to claim damages from his ex and her lover and lost has lost to right to retry the claim at the court of appeal. Lawyer Paul Dumbleton, from his ex’s firm, said: “Frankly, the case should never have been brought”.

This must be absolutely devastating for Mark, as well as the children concerned in this case. I think that it is more about getting some sort of justice and revenge against the ex-wife rather than financial gain. His wife and her lover knowingly deceived Mark for 17 years.

Mark now plans to take this case to Europe. We wish him luck.
