Don’t put your name on the birth certificate if they baby is not yours.
You may be liable for child support till that child reaches college age.
For those of you thinking that you will have any rights….. your wrong.

If your going to get married to a woman that is pregnant with someone else’s child and think your going to have a ready made family then think again. if things fall apart you will only be financially responsible. You won’t actually have any rights over that child.

for sure funny. my boyfriend said he only married the giant for the kid. Act of desperation. said he felt sorry for him? is he feeding me bs? and there relationship didnt mean anything. i feel like she used him and ran off took his car got it repossed and is got with a new man that she is with now and has a 2 yr old with. and the son she abandend is here with us. she used him!

Well, almost. The court can make a decision for a default judgment to declare a man or teenager as the father. Even if he does not sign the birth certificate or is unaware of the court date to appear.
This is an area that reeks with due process violations where personal service is NOT required to obtain a monetary judgment.
