Tricking men for a meal ticket
My gripe is about females that trick men into parenthood and have children by as many possible men. As these women go on their merry way producing more offspring for the welfare state to support, do they give a thought about anybody’s feelings but there own? Did the man concerned want children with them? They my have been fine for a casual thing, but as the mother of his children, perhaps not! I know.. I know… you was on the pill and forgot to take it… yeah right.. If I had a penny for every time that excuse has been used I’d be a rich man
These despicable women seem to look no further than the next benefit cheque or CSA payment. Their children’s education goes to pot when they decide to chase the next man. Isn’t it time we stopped paying these women to continue the moral and social decline of our countries?
The professional baby mommas who getting pregnant to ensnare a man with money, or to keep a roof over their head. These women are leeches on the men they sleep with and the society that they bankrupt. They need to get of their fat back-sides and stop expecting other people to pay their way in life.
Before you trap some poor man who obviously would never pick you to bear his children, think of the quality of life the child will have coming from a broken family you selfish being.
And guys… lower your standards.. that bird with 3 different kids from different baby fathers is probably good in bed, but do you really want her to have your child?
I have a gripe about paternity fraud and the CSA. My hubby thought he had a son by a previous relationship, the child will be 4 years old next month. The childs mother wanted only cash payments so my hubby contacted the CSA to pay maintenance via a traceable means. He also had to fight through the courts for a contact order as no cash no contact!! Anyways, the childs mother moves onto her next victim and naturally has another child (well they were together 2 weeks when she conceived). Then she moves onto another victim. Her latest boyf informs my hubby that the younger childs parentage is in dispute but he shouldnt worry about his son. My hubby had always had doubts and thought this was a strange comment to make. So he had a peace of mind DNA test as there was no way bunny boiler as we call her would have consented to any other test. To his horror it said he wasnt the childs biological father, that was Nov last year. Upon hearing the news bunny said that she would ignore the court order now he knows the truth but convieniantly tells the csa there is no parentage dispute. The csa refuse to refer the case for appropved dna testing as they can legally presume my hubby to be the father as he on the birth cert and he contacted then to pay maintenance.
My hubby filed a section 20 appeal in court and the court ordered the csa to refer for approved dna testing. The csa asked the court for another 12 weeks to sort everything out whilst obtaining a deductions of earnings order against my hubby the day before court. My hubby immediately attended the dna testing, bunny boiler has yet to go. The csa cant see the suspicion that it has now been 4 months since bunny was requested to go and she hasnt. The court isnt due back until another 2 months so basically the csa have obtained 6 months more money for bunny for her ‘reward’ for being non-co-operative. If she had complied it would prove she a lying deceitful example of how fraud pays. In the meantime i have had a miscarriage due to the stress and we are in financial ruin. All the csa say is ‘we make no moral judgement on cases and defend Miss H*** right to child maintenance from Mr S****’. When the court rule the case as defective we will fully refund Mr S**** and money he has paid – that is of course from the tax payer as bunny wont have to pay a penny.
Not only has she committed fraud, she ripped away a child from a family he knows and loves. The csa think thats ok, they even taking 40% of my hubbys wages. Bunny is only 24 and already had 5 pregnancies that we know of – all by different men and only keeping the 2 mosy cost effective. She can continue to pay for holidays abroad for herself and her sister because the innocent pay. Being a criminal and a slappa earn you money as you diont have to worry about paying anything back or prosecution. What a great society and governmnet agency this is.

I would seek legal help in your case the CSA have to refer it for DNA testing if paternity is in dispute. Rest assured everything that you’ve paid via the CSA will be refunded once it is proven the child is not your husbands. Your right though, the mother won’t ever be held accountable though and any money paid to her personally is very unlikely to be refunded to yourselves.
The court ordered the csa to refer as the csa had enough ‘evidence’ to preusme my hubby and refuse to refer – afterall for 4 years he thought the child was his so he was on the birth cert and had originally contacted the csa to help him pay maintenance via a tracable means. It goes back to court the end of next month. As yet the parent with care has failed to attend the dna test. The csa have admitted they will continue to take the money from my hubby until either she co-operates and the test proves what we already know or the court order the case defective. Well, it dont take a genius to work out what a woman guilty of paternity fraud will do does it? – She wont attend the dna test and receive as much money as she can before the court rule the case defective.
Does anyone know if my hubby could sue her when this is all sorted? Realistically all her assets are her current partners so would not stamnd to receive much if any fianancial benefit but would be good if could place a CCJ or some other crime against her. She had a £20K lump sum off my hubby March 2008 for their son, we have worked out that in the past year alone she has cost us in excess of £35K with the money she had and legal bills etc.
I was looking up the definition of fraud and the fraud act states that one example is if someone purposely witholds information in order to gain financially. Well, isnt this what she has done? She has continunally witheld the info that she slept with other men around the time she conceived and delibrately stated my hubby as the only possible father. Couldnt a case be put forward under the fraud act? Anyone got any legal info on this????
Hi Zoe, I feel for what you and your husband is going through. It could be worse. I have paid more than $160,000 over the past 7 years and have 5 more to go all because the woman told me she was carrying my child and I was foolish enough to believe her and married her. She knew it was not my child and I have taken her to court. I have been to court to prove her lies, deciept, fraud and perjury and denied my constitutional rights by the judge. I have a peternity test, the date when I met the mother and when the child was born, I have requested the paternity records and have been denied, I have been told by the judge that I cannot write “payment under protest due to paternity fruad”on the check I am paying to the mother or I will be thrown in jail for contempt. She has even said in front of the judge that she told the child that she would tell the child who his biological father is if he wanted to know. These are all lies. I have tried to get the law changed and none of the politicians have the balls to try and change it, because of there own concern for their polical aspirations. I have no respect for the family court system or our representatives, because they have their own agenda and it is not for serving the people along with the truth and justice and all that BS. Everyday I try and figure out what to do with this frustration, how to stop this non sense. I will work the rest of my life if that is what it takes to exploit this system and the people that support it. In the mean time I have to go, because I have to write another paternity fraud check.
If you wore a condom you wouldn’t have to worry about being tricked. And if you didn’t run around sleeping with every woman that let you, you wouldn’t have to worry about having unwanted kids. Remember when you point a finger at someone else, there are three pointing back at you. Take responsibility for your own actions.
